I'm finally here

Man it was a long flight. I intended to leave the apartment at 5.30am but ended up leaving at 6- Flight was supposed to be at 9.50am but as with every single flight I go on, it got delayed. And then I arrived in Manila at about half past 1 (Philippine time which is 1 hour behind Japan). Then my next flight was at 4pm. I had to transfer to the domestic flights wing... got lost. I mean seriously, I had to ask some personnel after every 100 metres just to make sure I would get too lost hahha...

I found my Aunt (or rather we found each other) at the airport just in time for boading. Arrived in Davao at half past 6 (of course the flight was a delayed a little bit- sasuga...) I'm cursed with delayed flights really.

Anyway we went to have dinner at KFC with my Aunt and her family. Her three kids which are all so grown up... it was hard to imagine really. The last time I was here, she had only one kid and she was 3. Oh well. Mom told me to do some groceries... but I had no idea what to buy so I had to depend on my Aunt to tell me what to get as well. Hahah, I'm really thankful to her for walking me through everything.

I slept like the dead that night. I think it was from midnight to noon that I slept. The room I slept in had windows but no sunlight was passing through them so I couldn't tell what time it was really. It was already noon, but it still looked like night from the inside hahah... oh well. Slept like the dead last night too, though I know now I'm not as tired as before since I'm back to sleeping lightly.

And today... well today, in a few hours really I'll be picking up the rest of my family from the airport with my Aunt again. Wow. It's kind of great really, here I am with my relatives who I haven't seen in 10 years and then my family who I haven't seen in more than 1 year... hahahah... just goes to show how out of contact I am. Crazy world we're living in.

And in the midst of this all! I just got another email from my professor reminding me (and the rest of my classmates) to finish the essay by the end of this week. My goodness! I know that my mom's probably going to go shopping. My siblings are probably going to go and raid the game centres. Well. I hope in between that I can go and escape to a coffee shop to finish this one last assignment. Just this last one. I mean I have a draft already. I'm nearly finished. (Of course it's always this time when I start running out of ideas too.) It's just this one last one! I can't believe my mind is just giving up on me at this... hahahah. Life. I'm too young for it. Hahahhahah

Leaving in one hour

...to catch a flight that's in about 5 and a half hours from now... hahahhah. What a life. I hardly slept a wink. Anyway..... I hope the flight will be uneventful... because I'm going to be sleeping the entire way... hahahah

To the Philippines!

Haha, I'm leaving tomorrow for the Philippines. It's so weird how time passes. I wish I could stop time for a moment now while I finish the essay for Heimlich's. It's been so long since I've written a paper like this in English. In fact I don't think I've ever written a paper like this. I mean there were always those standard essays for GP, Literature or Sociology but this essay... is on Divination. Hahahah... How does one write about Divination? LoL. Anyway... hoping to finish it soon. Really soon. Hoping. Hoping very hard. =_=

Anyway! I can't wait to go back to a warm climate!!

OMG!

I'm going to leave for the Philippines in one week!! I can't believe this! Where has the time flooooowwwwwnnnnn???

I've already started preparing, and I'm really almost finished, but why do I still feel like there isn't that much of time left.... o.O; I just submitted a draft of the report I'm supposed to finish by next week- Where am I going to find the time to finish that? I need to record some things over from my pc... how am I going to do that! And then there's all those other reports I need to prepare to hand in after I get back in January... OMG what am I going to doooooooo...... =_=

Well going into a panic isn't going to help, for sure.

I just sent off Aurelie who's going back to France for Christmas. Maybe that's what's making me nervous...

Oh no I need to do my laundry tooooo...... T_T

Fatigue

I don't know... but I was just walking with Adeline in Namba for an hour and a bit, (from approx. 3.30pm) and at about quarter past 5pm I suddenly began feeling extremely tired. I went to Kyoto's Arashiyama yesterday too. And Umeda the night before that. And I've been running around school and doing groceries etc the day before that. And the day before that.

I remember sometime last week I KO'd at about 9.30pm and woke up at 8.30am the next day and ended up 20 mins late for class... It was horrible, I was really tired. I'm feeling it now too... My knee joints kind of pulse/ache sometimes... and my feet feel so flat. I'm starting to wonder really if walking flat plains is really easier than walking slopes. I'm for slopes now... at least my knees get some work and don't pulse so bad.

Look at me... I'm talking like some old person. Worst thing is... my back aches too. My goodness. What a week.

Abingdon Boys School rocks! I loooove their intro to the song, INNOCENT SORROW. If you've already heard the shorter version of the song which is used in the intro of D.Gray Man, then you should know how utterly disgustingly reeking of coolness it is. If not, my friend, get yourself a copy now and listen to it! Whoever did the song mix for D.Gray Man's intro is utterly gifted. Who ever wrote the lyrics for the song must be pure genius! I really really hope that their music video will be as cool too... *squeals*

I found a new obsession!! Kyou kara Maou! I swear, I'm so obsessed with this thing now... =_= It's been a while since I found an anime I couldn't bear to be apart from without finishing it... It was Gravitation right before this....

Gravitation is about 6 years old, but it's still so cool! Okay so the animation is on the old side in comparision to the animes that have come out this year! (See 2006's Fall debut anime) But Gravitation's #2 Main Character, Eiri Yuki, who's voice actor is called Kazuhiko Inoue Kazuhiko, is also the voice of Kakashi (Naruto)... sexiness! The main Main Character, Shuichi Shindou is voice-acted by Tomokazu Seki.

Anyway... I hope you guys have been watching Death Note... It's just pure plot genius (at least I would say the manga until volume 8 or 9 (12 in total), then the story and art start to get a little too mucked up for me). And then I hope you've been watching D.Gray Man because it has this kick-ass opening song that I just love! I also hope you've seen this anime called Ghost Hunt, which I think has awesome directing and sound. And with the most amazing graphic/3D design and coloring I've seen- Le Chevalier D'Eon! Aurelie says that there's one scene that shows the inside of Versailles and it looks so close to the real thing... ^_^ and then some others like Saiunkoku Monogatari and Shounen Onmyouji, Red Garden... I'm on a roll hahahah~
