Quick post

I have to go soon, but anyway, I just wanted to drop a line.

I have a book I have to read by next week.

Another book twice it's size to read by the week after that.

A presentation to prepare for, in late November.

And a class that'll have me present every other week starting the week after next.

I cannot really express well how busy I will be this semester. I have a knack for choosing the difficult and heavy-work load subjects. I have. I know I have. But I like the subjects I have now. I have 3 different seminars, which are on 3 totally different things: Postcolonial society consciousness, Culture in translation and International Relations. What am I doing? Seriously?

I'm thinking very hard each day. Just to figure out what it is that I'm trying to do. I know I'm doing International Relations because that's exactly what I said I'd do if I come to this University. But I'm doing the others because I am genuinely interested in them. To think that the seminars I'm taking at this stage will have some effect on the thesis I'll probably start writing the year after this. I'm sooo..... not going at a stable direction.


Anyway. Hopefully, my current seminars will help anyways.
