Classes restart on the 10th of April

Almost the whole of my hols are gone and yet I still don't feel like I've particularly done -nothing- enough (hehehehehe)...

Anyway. Mum and Azzi were here, staying in Japan with me from the 20th till this morning (which is partially why I haven't been updating - been so busy and I take a long time to type...)

We went around so many places - In Kyoto we went to the Toei Uzumasa Movie Land (apparently the Japanese version of Hollywood), Kiyomizu-dera and Kinkaku-ji. In Osaka, we just shopped around Hep Five and Yodobashi Camera. In Kobe, we went up to see my Uni; we went to the zoo near my place, shopped around Sannomiya and even went to visit Harbourland!

Anyway since I'm 5-inches away from a nap I'll just post up these 2 pics from the Movie Land and go... (^_^)

New haircut!

I needed a change of pace so I decided to cut my hair today. Bolor and I made a date to go to a hair salon so it was just perfect.

And the result was? Well, to be honest, I can feel that it's shorter, lighter and the layers have been properly cut, but I asked the hairdresser to 'wave' up my hair so, my hair curled. I can't really see what's been cut and exactly how it'll look like on a normal day until I re-do it tomorrow. LoL. In other words. I don't know if it got any easier to handle before or after this haircut but I'll know tomorrow. Hahahahaha

Bolor introduced me to her hair salon so I even got a half-price discount. She's here at the apartment right now and she's sleeping over. Up till just now she was playing Vampire Night (this really old PS2 game) with Aurelie. Haha

Anyway. Today was fun! (In a normal-holiday-day-kinda way.)

Spring Hols started last month didn't it?

I hadn't realised but I'm about halfway through my Spring Hols already! What have I been doing?? Where has it gone? Why don't I feel like I've been on holiday mode? Come to think of it, when I was taking a bath at the hotel in Tokyo, 45 minutes passed without me realising it! A few nights ago I thought I'd just closed my eyes a second and then all of a sudden it was already morning! My body's on fast forward mode. ... ... ... (T_T)


I haven't been sleeping very well lately - and last night I even left the light on! I was so tired that I think I slept even before my head hit the pillow. I was hoping to sleep in tomorrow morning but then I realised that it's Hina Matsuri and I wanted to go to my Koto teacher's place to put up the dolls! (It's something they do for this particular festival.) I don't want to miss that because it's really really fun and the dolls are really really pretty! She has a relatively bIg collection too so it's a pretty rare opportunity.

After that I wanted to go for a trim. I hadn't realised, but I tied my hair up to a low ponytail today and that's when I realised how long it's become. I haven't had it this long since MD's Prom Night, which was before I left for Japan, which was... 3/4 years ago?? Has it been that long?


Time's slipping through my fingers faster than beach sand.

And February's already ended too. I'm just not catching up with the times fast enough. I guess I'll turn in early tonight and hope. Come to think of it I had the strangest dream last night. I adopted a Japanese kid as my own and was wearing myself out trying to support him. The strangest dream.
